Return Policy: Size Exchanges and Store Credit
We want you to love what you've ordered. If you're not completely satisfied with the fit of your purchase, we're here to help with our FREE RETURN Policy.
Size Exchanges:
- We accept size exchanges within 30 days of delivery.
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached.
- Please include the original packing slip or order number with your return.
Store Credit:
- If you prefer, we also offer store credit for returns within 30 days of delivery.
- Store credit will be issued for the amount paid for the item(s) returned, excluding any shipping fees.
- Store credit does not expire and can be used for future purchases.
How to Initiate a Return Or Cancel:
- Contact our customer service team with order number and reason bloomyboutiquee@gmail.com or text " Initiate Return" to (747) 229-8541 to initiate the return process.
- Our team will provide you with a return shipping label.
- Pack the item securely in its original packaging (if available) and include the packing slip or order number.
- Affix the return shipping label to the package and drop it off at your nearest shipping location.
Refunds and Processing:
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your size exchange or issue store credit within 2 business days.
Additional Information:
- Exchanges are subject to availability. If the requested size is not available, we will issue store credit or provide alternative options.
- Items marked as final sale are not eligible for return, exchange, or store credit.
